Join the Baltimore Beer Babes in celebrating American Craft Beer Week on Monday, May 11th from 6:30 – 8:30PM at The Brewer’s Art in Baltimore (1106 N. Charles St.). We will feature Belgian inspired beer styles brewed from one of the original craft breweries in Baltimore. Beers will be paired with delicious offerings from their new spring menu. One of the brewers will be on hand and we will discuss their unique American twist on, as well as their respect of tradition for Belgian beer styles and why these beers pair so well with such a range of foods. This is a women-only event and the all-inclusive price is $35 for members, $40 for guests. Space is limited, so reserve your spot by e-mailing email@example.com.
This is truly exciting. As a way to further our mission to educate and inspire women in the ways of beer, we’re launching what we think is the world’s first beer book club for women. For now, we’ll be meeting at The Cloverleaf, in North Jersey, but if there’s enough interest we can start additional chapters or hold roving meetings.
This is very informal, read the book then come hang out, drink beers (PAYGO) and talk about it. Awesome, right?!
For our first book, book club leader Alissa Glavan has selected “The Brewer’s Tale,’ a history of beer, by William Bostwick. You can buy it here: http://www.amazon.com/The-Brewers-Tale-History-According/dp/0393239144
There’s no need to RSVP, just tell your friends, read the book and show up!
When: Monday March 23rd, 2015 at 7:00 PM
Where: Cloverleaf Tavern, 395 Bloomfield Ave, Caldwell NJ 07006

Hi everyone! The NJ Chapter of Barley’s Angels is hosting a booth at the Atlantic City Beer Fest on March 20-21, 2015. There are three sessions and we need volunteers to help staff our table and we also need members for our Beer Brigade. These women will help guide people on what breweries will best suit their taste preferences, we will have a list of breweries that are willing to spend an extra minute talking to people about their beer. If you are interested in volunteering please contact Lea Ann Wood at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you don’t want to volunteer but want to come to the festival, we have a discount code of BABES you can use at checkout to get your tickets for $45 each. This code is good from 2/16 to 2/20. We hope to see you there!
